Mission Cultural Center

San Francisco, California

This city-owned facility was seismically upgraded, made accessible, and brought up to current code for use as a neighborhood cultural center. The work was done in phases and was overseen by the San Francisco Arts Commission. The ground floor included a theater, the second floor included an art gallery, bookstore, offices, and a vocational room. The upper floor contained art and dance studios, printing rooms, and classrooms.
